CARR Construction, founded and licensed as a general contractor in the State of California in 1986, License Number 622765, is a technological leader in the construction industry. Founded by Jim Carr, the company's original construction emphasis was on commercial tenant improvements. Over the years, CARR expanded their markets to include a wide variety of project types with a new focus on multi-family housing, adaptive reuse and residential construction. No matter the size or scope of the project CARR has created a reputation of customer service excellence and superior project accomplishment.
