Project Manager
CARR Construction is seeking a Project Manager responsible for commercial/industrial and multi-family housing projects which include scheduling, coordination, quality, safety and cost control of projects from the initial design through final completion. This person will successfully interact with clients and subcontractors; plan, direct and coordinate activities of staff involved in construction projects; maintain a daily log of construction activities on Carrspa and compare progress reports; compute monthly estimates of work completed and approve payment for contractors; and assist in the sales effort when requested.
Superintendent
CARR Construction seeks an on-site Construction Superintendent responsible for projects from inception to final close-out. Must have experience working with and scheduling subcontractors and suppliers, maintain quality control, review project drawings and specifications, obtaining permits and inspections.
